In an emergency
If you are in danger, call the emergency services directly. The app sends no alert to the YowaGo team, which is not an emergency service.

The app can still be downloaded, but no ride can be completed at the moment. We will update this page as soon as rides resume.

Before you get in
- The app shows the driver’s name, photo, vehicle and plate. Check them.
- If something doesn’t match, don’t get in.
- Let someone close to you know about your trip.

During the ride
- Follow the trip live on the map.
- You can call or message the driver from the app.
- Fasten your seat belt.

After the ride
- Rate the ride.
- Report any problem to us on WhatsApp or by email, even later on.

The in-app assistance chat is not monitored for now: please write to us on WhatsApp or by email instead.
