How a ride unfolds

You set your pickup.
Start from your current location or from an address.

You set your destination.
Tell the app where you’re going.

You choose the category.
Pick Eco, Confort or Moto. The price estimate appears before you confirm.

A driver accepts.
Their name, photo, vehicle, plate and rating appear.

You follow their arrival.
On the map, you watch the driver arrive, then your trip, live.

You stay in touch.
Call or message the driver from the app.

You pay on arrival.
Pay the driver in cash, then rate the ride.

Pricing
Before you confirm, the app shows an estimate. It depends on factors such as the distance and the category you pick.
The final amount is calculated at the end of the ride. It can differ from the estimate, sometimes significantly.
In Kinshasa, prices are in Congolese francs (CDF).
Payment
You pay in cash, straight to the driver, at the end of the ride.
Mobile payment and bank cards are not offered for now.
