Two categories: Eco, at the lowest fare, and Confort, at a higher fare.
Moto

A motorcycle taxi ride, booked from the app.

The app offers no other services.

Before you get in, check what the app shows.

The driver on screen: Once your ride is accepted, the app shows the driver’s name, photo, vehicle and plate. Check them before you get in.
The trip in view: Follow the driver’s arrival, then the ride itself, live on the map.
Reachable during the ride: Call or message your driver from the app.
Your feedback counts: Rate every ride. Something wrong? Write to us on WhatsApp or by email.

YowaGo Pro, the driver app, isn’t released yet. See who can drive, which documents to prepare and how applying works.

Car or moto: Car and moto drivers can apply.
Documents requested: Your licence, identity document, registration card and photos are requested by the team when you apply.
Paid in cash: Riders pay in cash, straight to the driver, at the end of the ride.
